The aim of the course is to introduce students to the nature of law and contractual agreements as they relate to businesses and the legal framework under which the businesses operate and conduct their day to day affairs. Conducting business in the twenty first century requires skills and knowledge beyond just understanding the theories of management and business acumen. One such area of knowledge and skill is to understanding the law that governs businesses and the legal relationships that arise through conducting business including contractual agreements. This course will equip the students with this knowledge and skill.
